Perfect for a large family or a multi-generational vacation. Our new and spacious Vacation Home between Lancaster and Strasburg has 5 Bedrooms that comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests. The home is ideally located in a quiet neighbourhood with views on the Amish countryside!
The house comes fully furnished, with central air conditioning and central heating.
The GROUND FLOOR is wheelchair accessible and contains 1 Master Bedroom with its own full Bathroom, Family Room with high speed WIFI, Cable HD TV with DVR and DVD/VCR players, Dining Room, fully equipped Kitchen, Powder Room and a separate Laundry room with washer and dryer.
The UPPER FLOOR contains 4 Bedrooms and 2 full Bathrooms (one of which with a tub).
The large FINISHED BASEMENT - which is a nice play area for children with toys and games and also has a separate BEDROOM. The main area features a large Sofa (sleeper queen), ideally positioned to enjoy the LCD TV with separate DVD & VCR players.

GROUND FLOOR: Wheelchair accessible.
The centre piece of the ground floor is a modern fully equipped KITCHEN, with a BREAKFAST AREA adjacent to an open space Family room. The floor also features a separate DINING ROOM with an extendable table to seat up to 12 guests, a POWDER ROOM, COAT CLOSET and a separate LAUNDRY ROOM.
KITCHEN
The fully furnished Kitchen comes with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, oven with a 4-stove cooking unit and a built in microwave. The kitchen also includes a coffee maker, toaster, blender and a dual sink. The breakfast area features an extendable table with a nice view out on the country side. A few steps will take you out to the patio.
FAMILY ROOM
The spacious family room contains three large Sofas with a big coffee table. There is high speed WIFI and for family entertainment, it also features a 42" LCD flat HDTV (Comcast Cable) with DVR, DVD/VCR players and CD player with iPod dock.
MASTER BEDROOM & BATH
This master bedroom has a Queen size bed with dual side tables & lamps. It also features a matching full length dresser with mirror and a walk-in closet. A seating area invites to relax.
The master bath features a large shower with a sitting area. The double vanity top will make getting ready that much easier.
The large FINISHED BASEMENT - which is also a great play area for children with some toys, games, DVDs and VCRs - comes with a separate BEDROOM (double bed). The main area features a sofa, ideally positioned to enjoy the 32'' LCD TV with separate DVD & VCR players.
UPPER FLOOR: SECOND MASTER BEDROOM & BATH
The upper floor features a second master bedroom with a Queen size bed and dual side tables & lamps. It also features a matching full length dresser with mirror and a walk-in closet. The master bathroom has a spacious stand up shower and double vanity top.
GUEST BEDROOMS
Two guest bedrooms come with each a Queen size bed with side tables & lamps.
One guest bedroom is furnished with two Single beds.
All rooms are equipped with a dresser and walk-in closets.
The upper floor also has a separate full Bathroom with a double vanity top and a bathtub/shower.
Our vacation home can only be made available for a family (extended / multi-generational), since based on local zoning regulation our home can only be used for a family, which is one or more individuals related by blood, marriage or adoption or up to three unrelated individuals who maintain a common household and live within one dwelling unit.

Summary: We were very happy with our stay but unfortunately we didn’t realize that the upstairs had its own thermostat! That is the only thing we were disappointed in was that it took a bit to cool down! It would have been nice if would have been on for us.

Summary: Three generations of our family enjoyed our stay in this beautiful, comfortable, and spacious home. The main purpose for our visit was to spend time with extended family in Willow Street, and we also had time to explore some of the tourist areas of Lancaster County. Summary: My son's wedding was at the beautiful venue of Riverdale Manor (Which is 10 minutes from this great house). We had 4 generations at this house and it was perfect for everyone. Great grandparents had a very accessible suite on the first floor and the 2 year old had a spacious basement and nice backyard to play. The kitchen and living room provided an open space for lots of conversations and meals together. Thanks to the owners of this house for so many wonderful memories,

Summary: Great property with plenty of room for large parties. We were here for a soccer tournament and this home provided enough space for our large group. The backyard has a great view and we really enjoyed our time!

Summary: Perfect house for our family thanksgiving weekend with children and grandchildren from Rhode Island and Virginia meeting “in the middle”. Close to Hershey Park and we enjoyed the Amish farm and Model Train museum nearby. Would definitely consider this house again for future trips.
